Commercial Apprentice Program 2024 (English & Chinese/Japanese speaking)

The Commercial Apprentice Program 2024 (CAP 2024) recruitment program is organized by Avery Dennison Vietnam, with a special focus on potential candidates who are final-year students or have less than 2 years of work experience. Proficiency in both English and Chinese/Japanese is a requirement, aimed at developing and training young talents with the goal of progressing to the role of Commercial Executive within just 12 - 18 months.

Recruitment Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree holders who have completed their academic programs or have a maximum of 2 years of full-time experience, available for full-time employment from March 2024.
Proficiency in English (equivelant to IELTS 6.0 level)
Proficiency in Chinese (equivelant to HSK5 level) or Proficiency in Japanese (equivelant to N2 level)
Having a strong business acumen and a passion for business activities.
Effective communication skill at all levels of the organization and strong adaptability/ Flexible working style in both individual or team collaboration.
Willing to relocate to the assigned work location (Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Phnom Penh) based on business requirements is a strong plus.
